Bryan Singer has apparently been signed to do a feature version of Battlestar Galactica. Hmm, hopefully he can find a fresh take on the 1970s sci-fi series. Perhaps he can re-imagine it as a post-9/11 parable with the politics and policies of the Bush/Cheney/Obama "War on Terror" being dissected, deconstructed, and analyzed through the lens of a futuristic sci-fi fable. Oh wait...
