Jim here. We all knew this would happen. Horror franchise after horror franchise is now the sole realm of three dimensions - TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE is the latest.And who better to obtain the rights to the series than Twisted Pictures, home of the cash crop SAW franchise. Variety reports that a deal is imminent after a failed attempt by Michael Bay's Platinum Dunes to sheath the chainsaw bucks.
I couldn't be happier. All these horror franchises in 3D underscores the immersion factor that we enjoy while being startled out of our skulls. Keep 'em coming! :-)
